Where is Outlook Quick Access Toolbar Located in Outlook?

From both, you will go to the same place to customize the Quick Access Toolbar.
1.0 From The Outlook Options
- Go to Outlook Options (File tab> Options) and select Customize Quick Access Toolbar.
2.0 From the Quick Access Toolbar
- Right-click anywhere on the Quick Access Toolbar and select More Commands

Follow the below steps to customize the toolbar.
- Select the Quick Access Toolbar as marked number 1.
- Select from the drop-down box which type of command you want to add.
- Select your command from the below list.
- Click on Add button to add your desired command.
- Change the command location by clicking the up-down button marked number 4.
- Click OK to complete the task.

How to add a separator to Outlook Quick Access Toolbar
You can add a separator between two commands or a group of commands. It will make your toolbar smart and user-friendly. To add a separator follow the below steps.
- Go to Customize the Quick Access Toolbar options.
- Select the <separator> and add it in between any two commands.
- You can move the separator up and down by clicking the up and down arrow on the right side.
Export and Import The Quick Access Toolbar
You can save your customized Quick Access Toolbar settings on your own computer. You can import it later or can share it with your colleagues.
Export Custom Quick Access Toolbar
- Go to Customize the Quick Access Toolbar window.
- Bottom of the Excel option you will find Export all Customizations, select it.
Import Quick Access Toolbar
- Go to Customize the Quick Access Toolbar window.
- Bottom of the Excel option you will find the Import Customization file, select it.
Remember, the Export or Import of customization Quick Access Toolbar includes the ribbon also. There is no option to export/import Quick Access Toolbar only.
