  • If you click on share notes with the meeting, then a shared OneNote page will be opened. Other participants of the meeting can also access your notes now.

Any notes you take will automatically be saved in OneNote and will be linked to the selected meeting in Outlook.

How do create Tasks in OneNote from Outlook Emails?
